Perspectives of Agency and Resilience
Artist Talk with T-collective and Curator Grace McQuilten
RMIT Gallery
12pm, Thursday October 27
Artist group T-collective bring distinct perspectives of agency and resilience to the often silenced experiences of loss, grief and violence. The collective examines the mutability and complexity of memory, opening a dialogue and activating a more rigorous discussion around trauma, one that departs from perceptions that trauma-informed art is about catharsis and isolates the artist as victim. Join us for a lunchtime conversation at RMIT Gallery as we extend on this dialogue.
RSVP here.
